Payment

Rules for receiving goods by courier delivery

In the case of delivery of the goods by courier service at the time of receipt of the goods, before signing the consignment note (hereinafter - TTN), the Buyer must check the integrity of the package.

If the package is damaged (scratched, frayed, torn, torn, mint, soaked, holes in the box, etc.) or not damaged, the Buyer opens it and makes sure that the goods are intact (not damaged).

The number of products and the absence of damage on them must be checked by the Buyer in the presence of the courier.

Only after the Buyer is convinced that the goods are not damaged, he signs the courier service invoice (TTN). If, during the inspection, the Buyer finds a defect (violation of the integrity of the packaging or the product itself), he requires a special form from the delivery service workers: Acceptance certificate (drawn up in duplicate and all damages are described). The buyer has the right to refuse to accept the damaged goods, but the acceptance certificate of the refusal must be drawn up and handed over to the seller within 1-2 calendar days.
